Tea & Tai Chi ~ |

The Gilbertsville Tea Room
hosts Charles and Barbara Brynan from Pear Garden School of Tai Chi
presenting Tea & Tai Chi. Join us for a Sunday
afternoon on the outdoor patio where Charles and Barbara will prepare a
Gong-fu Tea Ceremony introducing several of this spring’s high quality
oolongs. The teas come from private estate farms in the famous mountain regions of Taiwan. Teas are
brewed in authentic Yixing clay pots and presented with the aroma cup and tasting cup. Along with the
ceremony Charles will blend the graceful and gentle movements of Tai Chi and Tai Chi Fan. A 3-course
Light Tea Lunch will be served after the ceremony.
